With over five years of training and coaching experience, Sarah uses her knowledge to better each and every person she comes across. While working with athletes, she crossed over into the 1-on-1 coaching world with lifestyle clients. Applying the same functional movement patters and strength progressions, she builds strong and resilient individuals who find a love for training.
She’s worked along side some of the most knowledgable trainers, strength coaches, olympic coaches and physical therapist in the industry. All of which she uses in her programming.
